New arrivals at the Garden

There was much excitement just before Christmas when the latest editions to our animal menagerie arrived… two gorgeous miniature donkeys! Their names are Zac and Simpson and they came to us from their previous owners – a family who were sadly moving to a smaller block in Kurrajong and no longer had room for them.

We of course welcomed this cheeky pair to our garden with open arms and they are already proving to be very popular with our visitors, volunteers and participants… in fact some days it’s a race to see who gets to give Zac and Simpson their carrot treats!
